Cancellation policy

ONETAPP monthly subscriptions

Basic costs £9.99 per month and Pro costs £19.99 per month for one business profile. These are digital subscriptions; physical NFC cards and accessories are sold separately and are not included. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Checkout shows your recurring payment amount before purchase.

Managing or cancelling
You can manage or cancel future renewals through your Shopify customer account at https://account.onetapp.co.uk or through the subscription management link in your order emails. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. If you need help, use https://onetapp.co.uk/pages/contact and include your order number and checkout email.

Cancelling future renewal normally leaves paid access available until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically request a refund. Signing out, deleting an NFC link or stopping use does not cancel billing.

First-subscription guarantee
We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment if you request it within 14 days of that payment. You can use the service during this period without losing the guarantee.
